At Home Simple Scrub:
Do It Yourselfer? Make an easy, simple oil scrub by combining salt (or sugar) with any oil you have on hand... we like olive or sunflower. Make small batches and store in the fridge. Please don't store homemade scrubs in the shower—the lack of preservatives and a humid environment make an ideal breeding ground for nasties.
As a starting point, use two parts exfoliant to one part oil and adjust to suit your taste. |
